'Sync' - New Leadership and Disability Programme Deadline:
Sync is a new programme that aims to energise, inform and ultimately change disabled and Deaf people’s relationship with leadership, by offering information and support, encouraging dialogue and designing leadership interventions.
Sync is for all disabled people interested in leadership and working in or around the cultural and creative sectors. It's about exploring different perspectives, and so the more perspectives we have, the better. That means we want all disabled people and people with long term health conditions to get involved - whether their impairment is a fundamental part of their identify, or simply a part of their life.
Sync is about giving people information about leadership development in ways that are accessible, relevant and, where it’s important, considering how disability may or may not impact on this
Can you help us get the message out about Sync? Please pass this on to friends, colleagues and those who you might think might enjoy what Sync has to offer. If they sign up to Sync 100 they'll get regular e-bulletins to develop their leadership knowledge, coaching questions to challenge their thinking and an opportunity to explore their perspective with others and will be eligible to apply to be part of Sync 20, a bespoke tailor made training and coaching programme in the Autumn.
